What’s a Flex Pass?
A Flex Pass includes four to ten tickets, to be used in any combination for any of DANCECleveland’s 2026-27 season performances. 

You may purchase an "A level Flex Pass" or a "Standard Flex Pass."

An "A Level Flex Pass" guarantees that you will receive the best seats that we have available, while a "Standard Flex Pass" allows our staff to seat you at our discretion upon capacity and ticket inventory the week the tickets are redeemed.

Flex Passes may be purchased in quantities of 4, 6, 8, or 10 tickets.

• General availability: $115-$265 or Guaranteed A-level seating: $335- $815

Prices above include a one-time, $15 per pass handling fee.

Once I reserve my flex pass, how do I redeem my tickets?

Call DANCECleveland at 216-991-9000 to redeem your Flex Pass for tickets to the performance(s) of your choice.

Flex Passes may be redeemed at the time of purchase or at any time until the Thursday before each performance.

Flex Pass tickets may be redeemed in one order or across several orders.

Seats will be selected at the discretion of DANCECleveland based on availability at the time of redemption. Call early to ensure you get the best seats available!
